Growing up as the child of Indian immigrants from Kerala \u2013 his mother was a nurse in Germany for many decades \u2013 he knows the stories behind care work not only from a distance, but from his own home.<\/p>\n<p>He studied TV and film production and brings over 15 years of experience from documentary and commercial film production.
