In November the time has come and we are officially launching our online archive \u2013 a steadily growing resource of videos and life stories of people who leave their homeland to work in care.<\/p>\n<p>Leading the way are the brave women who came to Germany from southern India's Kerala in the 1960s and 1970s. Their journey is only the beginning. From here, we want to expand into other countries and communities. Care migration is a global phenomenon whose relevance could not be more urgent. The history of these people spans the entire globe.
