Despite this, access to resources, funding and visibility in the cultural sector are still unevenly distributed. Many perspectives remain underrepresented. That is why we are asking the questions: Who is seen? Who is heard? And who is still missing?<\/p>\n<p>The Interkultur Ruhr model project is a platform for art, culture and networking in the Ruhr region.
